The mother cat was sent back again. For the happiness of her children, she still didn’t give up and came to her door again and again to beg for adoption.

Only this time it changed its approach from the previous two times. After placing the child at Lisa's door, it tried to leave.

Immediately after Lisa came out and looked at the pitiful cubs clinging to each other, the mother cat showed a sharp and domineering look. It's like telling Lisa, "If you don't adopt, I will come every day."
