Wolves officially announced several adjustments to the club's football division, including the appointment of key personnel.

Domenico Teti was appointed as the club's football director. With extensive experience in Europe and the Middle East, Teti will work with the football leadership team to improve strategic planning for professional football and first teams, promote better collaboration, and ensure consistency and coherence of the professional environment.

Matt Jackson joined the club in 2021 and is now the newly defined director of player recruitment and development. Jackson will work closely with senior executives in Teti and other football divisions, while also focusing on a wider range of club affairs, including the youth camp and the Wolves women’s team. The football leadership team also includes Phil Hayward, who was appointed Director of Performance, responsible for the club’s integrated approach to sports science, psychology, player health and well-being.

The long-time Matt Wilder will continue to serve as Director of Football Operations and Administration, responsible for overseeing the financial efficiency and governance of football operations and football business.

Finally, Max Fitzgerald served as Director of Public Relations and Communications, and his repositioning role focused on media relations, internal communication and club-wide coordination.
