NTT Data Center Trust first-day trading opens at $1.02

The stock price has risen to US$1.03, 3% higher than the offer price, with a total transaction value of US$72.63 million (S$93 million) and a trading volume of 71 million units, which are the highest in the game (converted to S$) and the second highest respectively.

NTT Data Center Trust's initial public offering shares received a subscription rate of 4.6 times, 30 million units for public subscriptions received a subscription rate of 9.8 times, and 4.0 times, allocated units received a subscription rate of 4.0 times. Its portfolio is six data centers, four each in the United States, Austria and Singapore, with a total valuation of approximately US$1.6 billion.

GIC holds 9.8% of the shares, second only to the trust sponsor NTT Group (NTT Limited), which holds 25% of the shares.

Nippon Telegraph & Telephone Corp., one of the global telecom giants, launched the data center real estate investment trust listed in Singapore, and also obtained seven cornerstone investors, including the Singapore Government Investment Corporation (GIC), subscribed to 172.77 million units.

NTT Data Center Real Estate Investment Trust (NTT DC REIT) opened at $1.02 on the first day of trading on the SGX main board, 2% higher than the $1.00 offer price of the initial public offering (IPO).
