Brazilian media Global Sports latest news, Tottenham Hotspur is preparing to make a quotation of 80 million euros Savignho.

Previously, Manchester City rejected Spurs' offer for Savigno, and Tottenham is preparing to try to offer Savigno again for EUR 80 million. Due to the failure to compete for Eze with Arsenal, Tottenham said it will spare no effort to sign Savignho.

Tottenham will do their best to complete the deal before the transfer window is closed. Savigno’s agent is still negotiating with all parties in London, but the deal is not easy to reach due to Manchester City’s cold attitude.
