According to the Daily Telegraph, West Ham forward Kudus and Brentford forward Savi are now the target candidates for Tottenham.

Tottenham has viewed Kudus as one of the main signing targets, and it is reported that they have the hope to sign him at a price far below its £85 million termination clause. The termination clause is said to be valid in early July.

It is now reported that Frank is also interested in trying to sign Visa, and the players are also thought to be eager to reunite with their former coaches at Tottenham. Brentford is facing the risk of Mbemo transfer to Manchester United this summer, so he will be extremely reluctant to let Visa leave.
