Bloomberg Billionaires Index shows that Oracle founder Allison ranked second in the world for the first time, and his share price surged to bring the net asset value to US$251.2 billion (about NT$740 billion).

Investors are turning to artificial intelligence (AI) concept stocks, and Oracle has become the biggest winner. Since ChatGPT was launched in November 2022, its share price has nearly tripled, and its performance has been particularly prominent in the past three months. With the rise in revenue and the signing of important alliance agreements, Oracle's stock price has surged by more than 90% since the end of April.

After the US government released the broad AI chip control and allowed chip manufacturers such as NVIDIA (Nvidia) and Ultramicro (AMD) to export some chip products to China, Oracle's stock price rose by 5.7% on the 16th.

This also allowed 80-year-old Larry Ellison to surpass Mark Zuckerberg, Meta executive and Facebook founder, in the Bloomberg Index. More than 80% of Allison's wealth comes from Oracle stocks and options.

NVIDIA executive chief Huang Ren's wealth has also recently increased due to his huge stock price. He surpassed Warren Buffett for the first time on the 11th, becoming the ninth place in the Bloomberg Global Rich List, and has remained until now. According to the Bloomberg billionaire index, almost all of Huang Rensheng's wealth comes from NVIDIA stocks.

The Bloomberg billionaire index shows that Tesla executive chief Elon Musk is still the world's richest man, with net assets of $357.8 billion.
