The best time to use fat meter is to get up in the morning, after the first soaking of urine, measure it without drinking water, and wear the same light clothes every time.

Xidunren said that some people may sweat and have thicker feet. Due to the increase in moisture, different amounts of sweating in feet sweating also affect the measurement results. It is recommended that people who will sweat soak in feet dry before using body fat. As for people with thicker feet, in addition to recommending that moisturize at normal times, before measuring body fat, you can use cotton or hygienic paper to dip some physiological salt water, wipe the body fat, and then use the machine to measure the amount.

Finally, Zi Dunren reminds that when using body fat, you must be red-footed. Do not jump when using it to avoid falling, and the body fat should be placed flat on the ground. The first step in controlling weight must be to measure weight.
